Turn Off Unneeded Services, speed up pc

There are a lot of services running in your system at the background which takes a small portion of your resources but makes your PC slower, here is a list of services that can be turned off this will speed up your pc a bit

To stop those services right click on my computer > manage > services and applications > services

set the following services disabled, you will need to reboot for them to take effect
