Destination Arcade is the new app which XBOX players will love to have, as it shows a new way of browsing content on XBOX Live Arcade. Destination Arcade will allow you to discover new games and content you enjoy through an easy-to-use visual browser.

So its a new way of browsing all available arcade games plus viewing the new release with all information at one place like price, community rating etc. Nice move huh!
